Your Order Return or Exchange Rights
The deadline for returning or exchanging an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods.
In order to exercise your right of return or exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for Exchange:

Customers will bear the expense of sending the product to our wear house.

Rs.250 will be charged as delivery charges by TGEAR.

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

The tag on the goods is not removed

Items must be unworn and unwashed

We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear.
Process Of Exchange: - Return your goods on the address given by our customer care team via any courier company (Costumer will bear the returning amount).
- Once the Goods are arrived at our Wearhouse you will be informed.
- Select the goods to exchange available on the store.
- Rs.200 Delivery charges will be charged by TGEAR.
RETURN POLICY:
Return or Refund of goods purchase is not possible due to the high percentage of Tax being charged over E-Commerce businesses.
The return is only possible if it matches the possibility of return below.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You will be refunded the total amount minus any delivery charges and taxes.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured mail service which can be tracked. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
