Return & Exchange Policy

Your Order Return or Exchange Rights

The deadline for returning or exchanging an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods.

In order to exercise your right of return or exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Note: Change of mind is not acceptable.

Note: Items on clearance/end of season sale cannot be exchanged or returned except in following cases:

  • The item delivered is not what you ordered
  • The item delivered is damaged
  • There is a size issue
    • If there is a size issue and the required size is available then you may exchange the size of the same product
    • If there is a size issue and the required size is not available in the same product, then you may exchange with different product(s) of the same value or more

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The tag on the goods is not removed
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear

Note: Change of mind is not acceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You will be refunded the total amount minus any delivery charges.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured mail service which can be tracked. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
